The special company ASEA is an instrumental public body of the Benevento Province of Legislative Decree 267/2000
The ASEA pursues a balanced budget, through the balance of costs and revenues, including transfers, and conducts its efficiency criteria, efficiency and cost management.
The special company ASEA has the technical and economic management:
- of water service;
- functions to increase efficiency and energy savings;
- heritage and natural resources and environmental;
- Function Promotion, safeguard, protection and enhancement of territorial resources;
- education services and vocational training.
ASEA has arisen in 2006 thanks to the initiative of the Province of Benevento and the participation in the Community program SAVE II (The crowds IEE) which he gained recognition and co-financing by the European Commission.
To the constituent acts participated in the project, in the European Partnership, the Agency of the Community of Madrid (I Fenerco), the Agency of the city of Maribor (Energap) and the Agency of the Province of Enna.
